The compatible cartridge will print at least the same amount, and in some cases more than the original branded product. We have the Extra Life range of cartridges for Canon and Epson printers. Jet Tec Extra Life cartridges print up to one third more pages at 100% coverage when compared to original cartridges. On most new printer models the software in the printer dictates how much a cartridge can print. The compatible cartridges are designed to print the correct quantities where the printer dictates.

Yes. Our products will not affect the printer if you wish to switch back to an original, however we are confident that once you have tried our high quality, high value product you will see no reason to go back to using an original branded cartridge.

Perform a cleaning cycle using your printer software. Refer to your printer manual for cleaning cycle instructions.

If the printout is imperfect after performing a cleaning cycle please follow the steps below.

1. Take the cartridge out of the printer.
2. Fold a pad of paper tissue and moisten with warm water.
3. Place the paper tissue on a work surface and wipe the print-head exerting slight pressure.
4. Replace the cartridges into the printer and print again.

If the printout is still unsatisfactory repeat steps 1-4.

Caution: Take care not to touch or damage the copper contacts whilst performing steps 1-4.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to supply a compatible inkjet cartridge for Hewlett Packard or Lexmark printers due to the complex print head on each ink cartridge covered by many patents. However we can supply :
